文峪河灌区节水改造方案与经济效益评价

Plan of Remaking for Water-saving and Evaluating of Plan's Economic Benefits .of Wenyuhe Irrigation District

文峪河灌区是我省六大自流灌区之一,是吕梁地区的主要粮棉产区。在吕梁地区的工农业生产中占有重要地位,由于灌区内工程不合理布局和年久失修,严重制约了其效益的发挥。文中指出灌区节水改造的出路和实施途径是改河道输水为渠道输水以及高效节水园区建设。说明节水改造的潜力是巨大的,也是老灌区改造的唯一出路。

Wenyuhe Iirrigation District is one of six large irrigation districts by gravity in Shanxi. .However , it still hasn't benefits brought into full play because of the grave restriction of various causes .In this paper ,a plan of remaking for water-saving is put forward. The core of the plan is to transform the 'water conveyance by river' into the 'water conveyance by canals'. Some problems in project's layout and the problem that the project completed has long been out of repair are also included in the remaking plan.
