三门峡水库山西库区移民工作遗留问题较多,1987年开始对移民遗留问题进行了处理,确定了以恢复和发展经济为中心的工作方针,使得库区经济有了一定的发展。通过对多年来移民遗留问题处理工作的分析和总结,进一步找出了制约库区经济发展的因素,并提出了发展库区经济的新思路。

By summing up the exeperiences of treating the questions left in immigration in past many years,the factors restricting the economy development of Shanxi's scope in the san menxia Reservior area have further been found.A train of the new thougts is Presented correspondingly in this paper.
