摘要 The intelligence traffic is a new type transport and communication system wity information,intelligence and socialization.In this article the characteristics of this system and its development and application at home and abroad are introduced in detal.The urgency of developing intelligence traffic and the necessity that the intelligence traffic should be pay attention to by government is proposed.The planning of intelligence traffic shoula be pay attention to and the investment effect of intelligence traffic should be made full use to create condition for intelligence traffic’s realization.
