摘要
结合工程质量事故的特点及建筑物的特殊用途 ,在不影响使用的情况下 ,在较短的时间内 ,采用新工艺、新方法 ,高速、低成本地处理了工程质量事故。通过工程实践 ,成功地应用了JGN建筑结构胶粘钢加固法 ,并采用整浇钢筋混凝土现浇层 ,提高了教学楼教室楼板的整体承载能力 。
Combined with the characteristics of engineering quality accident and the special utilization of buildings some new technologies and methods are used to treat quality accidents with low cost and no influencing its using. Through engineering practice the reinforcement method utilizing JGN building structural glue and steel is applied successfully. And adopting integral cast in place concrete the integral bearing capacity of teaching building is enhanced and the accident incipient falts are eliminated.
