Discussion on substitute construction system in construction engineering

对目前仍处于实践探索过程中的建设工程代建制度进行了分析 ,根据实例及工作体会列举了现行的工程管理方式所存在的问题 ,代建单位所应承担的工作及职责 ,提出应尽快确立和完善建设工程代建制度 ,建设工程管理方式改革势在必行。

In this paper the substitute construction system is analyzed. According to examples and working experience the problems exited in present engineering management and the work and responsibility assumed by substitute enterprise are listed. Author point out that the substitute construction system in engineering should be determined and improved as quickly as possible and the reform of construction engineering management is imperative.
