摘要
在油路大修工程中 ,由于传统的灰土基层、沥青表面已不适应交通量猛增的要求 ,而被双基层、双面层结构所取代。介绍了目前油路大修中所采取的主要结构形式———水稳砂砾基层 ,热拌沥青碎石 3cm + 2cm结构的施工工艺。从工前准备 ,水泥稳定砂砾基层的机械化施工至沥青碎石面层施工均作了详细说明。
In the previous repair engineering of asphalt road because the traditional lime soil foundation and bituminous surface cannot adapt the demands of traffic's increasing, the double foundation layers and double layers structure are more and more used to replace traditional methods. In this article the construction technology of main structural form in current previous repair engineering of asphalt road is introduced. This main structure composed by waterstable gravel, basal layer and hot mixed asphaltic crushed stone. From preparation, mechanical construction of waterstable gravel and basal layer to hot mixed asphaltic crushed stone's construction the whole construction process is elaborated in detail.
