液压转辙机油路故障分析和处理

Analysis on the oil circuit accident of hydraulic switcher and its treatment

由于液压转辙机油路故障直接影响道岔的运行质量 ,为解决这一难题对液压转辙机各部油路进行了解剖分析。通过结构分析找出油路故障发生的原因 ,归纳出故障种类和故障现象 ,并在此基础上采取了相应的处理措施。还提出了日常维修应注意的事项。

Because the accident in oil circuit of hydraulic switcher directly influence the operation quality of switch, the analysis of each oil circuit in hydraulic switcher is processed to solve the problems caused by this accident. Through structure analysis the reason of oil circuit accident is found and the classification and phenomenon of accidents are summarized. At last base on those analyses the corresponding measures and the matters needing attention are proposed.
