The paper presents a interface approach between high-speed ADC and FIFO chips. AD9243 is a kind of 14-bit, 3MSPS Monolithic A/D Converter and the IDT7204 is a kind of 9-bit, 4K first-in/first-out dual-port memory buffers. Two FIFO devices are used to achieve the 14-bit buffer by connecting the corresponding input control signals of them.
