Graves病患者外周血细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平的变化及其临床意义

摘要 探讨GD患者细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平的变化及相互关系与甲状腺免疫紊乱的关系。GD组 2 8例 ,对照组2 1名。分别测定细胞凋亡、NO、NOS的含量。GD组细胞凋亡、NO、NOS水平均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。直线相关分析显示 ,细胞凋亡与NO、NOS呈明显正相关 (r =0 .4 38,P <0 .0 1;r=0 .4 96 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论是 :GD患者外周血细胞凋亡与NO、NOS的变化密切相关 ,可介导免疫紊乱 ; To study the relationship between the changes and connections of apoptosis, NO, NOS and immune disorder of thyroid, 49 subjects including 28 patietns with Graves′ disease(GD) and 21 controls were selected. Levels of apoptosis, NO, NOS were determined. Levels of apoptosis, NO, NOS in GD group were significantly higher than those in control group( P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that there were obviously positive correlation between apoptosis and NO, NOS( r =0.438, P <0.01; r =0.496, P <0.01). Apoptosis in patients with GD were strongly related with the changes of NO, NOS, inducing immune disorder. The regulation of NO, NOS may be beneficial for improvement of GD.
