摘要
目的:建立余甘子胶囊中维生素C和没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Vc检测波长254nm,没食子酸检测波长271nm。结果:平均回收率:Vc为101.25％,RSD1.20％;没食子酸为98.48％,RSD 1.24％。结论:本法简单、可行,可有效地控制制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish the quantitative analytical methods of vitamin c and gallic acid in Amolo Capsule.Method: The determination was effected by HPLC condition an detection wavelength of 254nm for vitamin c and 271nm for gallic acid.Result:The average recovery of vitamin c was 101.25%, RSD was 1.20%,and of gallic acid was 98.48%,RSD 1.24%,respectively.Conclusion:The methods are simple and reliable,can be'used for the quality control of this preparation.
