摘要
目的:建立测定硝酸咪康唑胶囊含量的方法。方法:紫外分光光度法,检测波长272nm。结果:平均回收率:100.3％,RSD=0.60％,回归方程:A=1.3738C+0.015 r=0.9998。结论:方法准确可靠,操作简便,稳定性好。
Objective: To establish the method for determinafion of miconagole nitrate capsales. Method: UV Spectro photo metry with detecting wavelength 272nm was used.Result:The average recovery and RSD weve 100.3% and 0.60%respectively;A=1.3738C+0.015;r=0.9998.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and stable.
