摘要
目的:测定北豆根片中蝙蝠葛碱的含量。方法:HPLC法。流动相:甲醇—乙腈—水—二乙胺(30:10:10:0.03)。测定波长:284nm。结果:线性范围0.157～1.413μg。相关系数:0.9997加样回收率:98.7％。RSD％=0.91％。结论:本法简便、灵敏,准确,可作为该制剂的质量 控制方法之一。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of Dauricine in Beidougen Tablets. Methods:HPLC method with methanal-acetonitrile-water-diethamine (30:10:10:0.03) as mobile phase and detecting wavelength 284nm was used.Results:There was a good linear relationship at the range of 0.157～1.413μg(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 98.7% and RSD=0.91%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
