摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮聚合物方法。方法:用自制葡聚糖凝胶G-10色谱柱在HPLC仪器上,紫外254nm检测,用外标法,测定头孢曲松钠、头孢噻肟钠、头孢哌酮钠聚合物。结果:在进样量为10～60μg范围内线性关系,回收率及精密度均良好。结论:本法为测定高分子聚合物简便,快速,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the polymers in ceftriaxone sodium cefotaxime sodium and cefoperazone sodium.Method:The HPLC was used with Sephadex G-10 column and detecting wavelength 254nm.The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results: The of range linear was curve 10～60μg.The recovery and sensitivity was good.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.
