摘要
近年 ,随着高等教育事业发展的需要 ,我国不少师范专科学校升格为本科师范学院。升格前 ,这些学校长期以来以教学为主 ,科研工作相对薄弱。升格为本科院校后 ,这些高校应积极探索科研工作规律 ,挖掘科研潜力 ,以学科建设带动教学、科研。
In recent years, quite a few 3-year teachers colleges have been upgraded into 4-year colleges to meet the development of education in China. These colleges used to pay more attention to teaching than to academic research. Now a lot more attention has to be switched to research, industry and teaching as well.
