摘要
采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取官桂挥发油 ,通过不同类型毛细管柱进行分离 ,选择最佳分离条件 ,共分离出 45个峰 ,用归一化法测定其百分含量 ,并用气相色谱 质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定 ,共鉴定了 2 6个组分 ,占挥发油总成分的 5 7%以上。
The essential oil was extracted from Cinnamomum cassiawas extracted by using steam distillation,analyzed with the different kinds of GC capillary. The optimum separate and analytical conditions were researched, the amount of the components from the essential oil was determinated by normalization method. The components seoarated were identified by GC_MS. there are 26 components which are make up 57% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.
