摘要
根据电磁泵原理开发了由电磁泵和保温炉组成的铝合金低压铸造装置 ,通过大量试验确定了流量、泵高与其影响因素的关系 ,并获得了可对该低压铸造装置铸造过程进行自动控制的模型 ,在自动控制下利用该装置对薄壁复杂铝铸件进行实际浇注 ,效果良好。
Based on principle of electromagnetic pump,the aluminum alloy low pressure casting device that consist of electromagnetic pump and holding furnace is developed.Through experimenting,the relation between flow capacity,lift and their influence factors are determined, a mathematical model has been built for controlling the low pressure casting process.Under controlling complicated thin-walled aluminum alloy castings has been produced by the device.The result is good.
