摘要
应用有限元方法研究了温度场、压力对注塑件残余应力及翘曲变形的影响 ,重点讨论注塑件的温度场计算、2维粘弹性本构关系下注塑件的残余应力计算 ,以及热塑性小变形理论下的注塑件翘曲变形计算 ,并给出了数值算例。
This paper considers the effects of temperature and pressure on residual stress and deformation of injection molded parts by FEM. The focuses of this paper are on computation of heat transfer, residual stress of injection molded parts based on two-dimension thermoviscoelastic constitutive equations, and deformation with thermoelastic theories. The conclusions from numerical computation results of polystyrene disk are useful in practice, and agree with experiments and numerical conclusions from literature.
