摘要
在极坐标式 NC磨床上磨削封闭式凸轮轮廓曲线时 ,凸轮的半径变化率和砂轮的大直径是影响磨削质量的主要因素。为了解决砂轮干涉及磨削点处线速度变化影响磨削表面粗糙度的问题 ,提出了极坐标下砂轮磨削点轨迹的等步长插补方法。该方法可用于任何具有 C1连续性的正则曲线。
The radius changing rate of a cam and the large diameter of grinding wheels are main factors which affect on the grinding quality during grinding closed profile curves of the cam on a polar coordinate NC grinder. To solve the wheel interference and the linear-velocity changing at grinding points which have an effect on the grinding surface roughness, a polar-coordinate-based equal-step interpolating method is presented for tracing the grinding points. The method can be applied to carry out the NC grinding of any regular curves with C 1 continuity.
