摘要
在分析动态联盟操作流程的基础上 ,给出了衡量企业敏捷性的一组评价向量和评价指标 ,如企业投产 /生产时间向量、企业投产 /生产费用指标等。这种向量评估方法从一个侧面反映了待选企业的敏捷性 。
With the change of the worldwide market competition, the dynamic collaboration will become a new organization form of manufacturing enterprises. It is important to evaluate the agility of the collaboration partners. Based on the analysis of the operation processes in dynamic collaboration, the evaluation method is presented. It is provided the important reference for the decision which partner should be chosen.
