从定量的角度研究企业经营过程重组中存在的一些共性问题 ,提出了采用概率论和排队理论分析业务过程改变之后的成本和时间的变化关系 ,为从定性到定量研究过程重组提供科学合理的解决方法。

This paper discusses the commonalities and presents an approach of quantitative analysis in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) using formal system models from probability and queueing theory. Some aspects such as time and cost are introduced and the conditions under which such radical changes in system structure being likely to be appropriate are explored.
