By strengthening the management of human resources,giving the staffs proper trains, organizations, adjustments and guiding their thoughts, psychology action, the enterprise can helps them realize their personal objectives. Meanwhile, if the enterprise can also obey the rules- 'Ability is completely used. The jobs are done by the most appropriate persons.
