摘要 研究了用电沉积法制作太阳能电池薄膜材料。分别用三种含铁元素和硫元素的水溶液淀积 Fe S2 薄膜 ,将所得的样品在 N2 氛围中退火 ,退火温度分别为 40 0℃和 50 0℃。结果表明 ,从 Fe SO4 · 7H2 O+Na2 S2 O3· 5H2 O水溶液得到的薄膜中含 Fe S2 的衍射峰比从其它两种水溶液得到的薄膜中含 Fe S2 的衍射峰多而明 ;退火温度为 40 0℃比 50 0℃更合适 ;另外 ,为防止薄膜氧化 ,在真空中干燥效果最佳。 This paper studies the use of electrodeposition method to make the thin film materials for solar cell.Three kinds of solutions containing iron element and sulfur element respectively are used to deposit FeS 2 thin film.The samples obtained are annealed in N 2 atmosphere with the temperatures controlled at 400℃ and 500℃ respectively.The results indicated that the diffraction peaks contained with FeS 2 in the thin films obtained from FeSO 4·7H 2O+Na 2S 2O 3·5H 2O solution are more and clearer than those contained with FeS 2 in the thin films obtained from the rest of two solutions.The annealing temperature to be controlled at 400℃ is more suitable than that at 500℃.In addition,in order to prevent the thin films from oxidation,drying the films in vacceum can have the best effect.
