摘要
在传统工艺的基础上 ,对细径钽丝生产的关键工序进行了大幅度改进 ,重点解决了原工艺无法解决的钽丝氧含量高、抗拉强度低、表面质量差、尺寸公差大、局部抗氧脆性差等问题 ,提高了钽丝的综合性能。
Based on the traditional technology,large improvement is made on the key operations of small-diameter Ta wire,focusing on the elimination of the problems in Ta wire produced by original technology,such as high O_2 content;low tensile strength,poor surface quality,large tolerance,low resistance against partial O_2 brittleness.The new technology has resulted in better integral properties of Ta wire and increase of recovery by 5%.The product is qualified enough for export purpose.
