摘要
从用导电聚合物或微细贵金属粉替代传统电解质MnO2 ,用铌全部或部分取代钽 ,以及外形结构上采用小型片式化等三个方面论述了固体钽电解电容器的研究进展。
The Paper summarized the following latest development and research on the electrolytic tantalum capacitor: ①substitute conducting polymer or superfine powder of precious metal for traditional electrolyte MnO_2;②substitute niobium for tantalum completely or partly;③adopt pint-sized chip tantalum capacitor.
