摘要
钼酸铵生产过程中氨浸工序所产生的氨浸一次液中钼含量的高低直接影响酸沉产品的性能 ,液氨的强挥发性不仅影响操作的可行性 ,而且造成大气污染。本文对控制氨浸一次液含钼量 ,提高酸沉产品的稳定性 ,回收逸出的游离氨 ,改善操作条件 。
The content of molybdenum in first liquid of ammonia leaching procedure during ammonium molybdate production affects the property of products directly.The intense volatility of liquid ammonia not only impacts operation feasibility,but also results in air pollution.Experiments and discussion on controlling the molybdenum content of first liquid of ammonia leachning,improving the stability of products,recovering runaway free ammonia and improving operation condition to reach the environmental protection requirement of ammonia discharging were carried out.
