摘要
通过对高能球磨过程中粉末的组织形态、粒度及Al2 O3的分布等进行跟踪分析 ,讨论了球磨时间以及Al2 O3含量对复合粉末粒度、晶粒尺寸、组织形态及Al2 O3弥散强化效果的影响。结果表明 :Al2 O3粉和Al粉经高能球磨后 ,得到了组织均匀细小的复合粉末 ,经压制烧结后 ,烧坯的显微硬度和致密度提高很多 。
By analyzing the microstructure of powder, particle size and dispersion state of Al 2O 3 during high-energy ball milling (HEBM), effects of milling time and content of Al 2O 3 on particle size, crystal size, microstructure and spatial distribution of Al 2O 3 are discussed. Results show that the composites prepared by HEBM have fine size, well distributed microstructure. After pressing and sintering, micro hardness and relative density are raised greatly.
