复层化学成分和显微组织对瓦楞辊性能的影响

摘要 研究了C、Cr、W、Mo、V和Nb等合金元素和显微组织对堆焊瓦楞辊力学性能的影响。结果表明 :随共晶体种类和体积百分数的增多 ,堆焊层的硬度增高 ,但抗裂性降低 ;决定堆焊层硬度的首要因素是基体组织 ,特别是奥氏体的数量 ,其次是碳化物的数量。高合金堆焊条可使瓦楞辊的齿面硬度高于 6 0HRC ,耐磨性提高 4和 8倍以上。 The influence of alloying elements C, Cr, W, Mo, V, Nb and microstructure on mechanical properties of welding corrugated roller were analyzed. It is found that the hardness of welding enhances and the crack resistance decreases with the increase in the kinds and volume percentage of eutectic. The first governing factor of hardness is the basic microstructure, particularly the amount of austenite, and the second is the amount of carbide. High alloying welding rod can make the hardness of corrugated roller surpass 60 HRC and its wearing resistance increases over four and eight times.
