The Influence of Entering the WTO on China's Private-run Enterprises and the Countermeasures

加入世界贸易组织对中国私营企业的影响不同于其他性质的企业。入世在给私营企业带来蓬勃发展的大好时机的同时也带来了竞争的压力和冲击。私营企业能否经受住这种激烈的竞争和冲击 ,一方面取决于自身的抗衡能力 ,同时也取决于它赖以生存的市场环境和政策环境。应从企业自身和生存环境两个方面入手 ,使私营企业能够适应加入WTO后的新环境 ,以健康地发展。

The impact of access to the WTO on China's private-run enterprises is different from that on the other enterprise ownerships. While the access to the WTO brings flourishing development to the private-run enterprises, it also causes competitive pressure and adverse effect. Whether the private-run enterprises can endure this kind of fierce competition and impact depends on both the enterprises' resisting ability themselves and the market environment and policy environment that the enterprises rely on. In order to adapt the private-run enterprises to the new environment after China's access to the WTO and to develop healthfully, the enterprises themselves and their survival environment must be improved.
