摘要
绿色食品是国际食品工业发展的趋势,其质量管理体系的建立是保证绿色食品“从土地到餐桌”完全安全、无污染的生产出来的最佳保证。国外对于绿色食品的质量管理体系的研究已相当深入,而我国仍处在探索阶段。因此,为了迎接入世的挑战,我国绿色食品质量管理体系的国际化探索的步伐应当加快。
Green food is the developing trend of international food industries, and the establishment of its quality control system guarantees the safe and unpolluted green food production 'from field to table' . The research on the green food quality control system has a long history. Whereas, it only undergoes its initial stage at home. Therefore, in order to meet the challenge of joining the WTO, it is urgent to speed up the internationalization of green food quality control system.
