东宁——东方港铁路建设与黑龙江省东部地区煤炭出口研究

Dong Ning——Dong Fang Port Railway Building and theCoal Export in East Area of Heilongjiang Province

从黑龙江省东部地区鸡西、七台河两个煤城的煤炭滞销,企业连年亏损,工人下岗,拖欠工资的实际入手,结合我国已经加入WTO和区域经济一体化的现实,以及东宁、东方港在中国和俄罗斯所处地理位置的重要性出发,论述建设这条国际铁路通道的必要性。在此基础上,为了更好地发挥这条国际铁路在东北亚区域经济发展中的作用,对地方铁路部门和煤炭管理部门提出了有针对性的建议。

The thesis discusses the importance of Dong Ning in China and Dong Fang Port in Russia and the necessity of building this international railway connecting the coal mine with the market. It is intended to solve sueh problems such as the losses incurred in the enterprises for years running, unemployment deferring payment of the workers' wages in Ji Xi and Qi Tai He. The thesis then puts forward a few suggestions for the provincial railway department and the coal management department in accordance with their characteristics in order to play the good part of the international railway in the economic development of Northeast Asian regions.
