摘要
This paper analyzes some problems and puzzles arouse when sampling techniques were applied in real survey practice. In order to meet the challenges due to the rapid economic development, I think we need to improve the organizing and implementing methods of sampling survey, and provide some comment and suggestion on how to combine sampling survey methods with other non census methods in application.
