摘要
根据自动测试系统向网络化发展的需要,开发一种将带有GPIB接口的仪器直接接入局域网的接口转换装置.应用该装置组建的网络自动测试系统,实现了局域网上任意位置的节点控制和访问GPIB仪器.
According to the demand of automatic test system based on network, the network interface conversion device of the instrument is developed. The instrument with GPIB interface can be connected directly to local area networks by the device. Automatic test system based on network is built by using the device. It is possible to control and access GPIB instruments through local area networks.
