摘要
基于数控铣削加工特征,采用线性加权和法,建立了数控铣削用量多目标优化的数学模型.运用直接寻优算法,对数控铣削加工实例进行了优化,验证了多目标优化模型的正确性和实用性,为实现数控加工过程的优化奠定了基础.
The multi-goal optimizing mathematic model of cutting parameters based on NC milling feature is established, using the method of linear sum of additive right. By direct optimizing arithmetic, the NC milling example is optimized, the validity and practicability of multi-goal optimizing mathematic model is proved, and the base of the optimization of the NC machining process is established.
