摘要
世界优秀女子体操运动员在跳马比赛中拍摄的影片提供了生物力学分析模式。现以奥运会跳马比赛中的16个自选动作,为研究对象跳马的4个阶段。起跳、第一腾空、撑马、第二腾空为研究重点。能有效地运用跳板和横马使重心达到和维持完成跳马所需要的速度,并且在第二次腾空需要的0.08秒内充分地完成复杂的腾空旋转动作。
By analyzing 16 optional exercises in the Olympic women's vaulting horse game, this paper provides biomechanical analytic mode for vaulting horse. These optional exercises include four phases of vaulting: taking off, on - flight, placing of hands and off-flight. The result shows that women gymnasts are rather young. They can use the board and side horse effectively, make center of gravity, reach and maintain speed needed in the vaulting, and complete the flight movement in 0.08 seconds.
