摘要
机械合金化 (MA)作为一种制备弥散强化合金的方法 ,可以导致硬质稳定相弥散分布的细而均匀 .本文对用MA法制备弥散铜电极进行了实验研究 ,结果表明 :MA是制取弥散铜电极比较简单、成本较低的一种方法 ;制备的弥散铜电极不仅导电率高 ,而且高温强度也好 .另外 ,还对MA的工艺参数进行了研究 .
Mechanical alloying(MA) is a type of means of producing dispersion strengthened alloy, which makes the dispersion fine and harmoninous. In this paper MA is used to produce aluminum oxide dispersion strengthened copper(ODSC) electrode. The result show that MA is a type of more simple and economical means. ODSC electrode posses high electric conductivity and high strength under high temperature. And the process parameter of MA is studied.
