摘要
本文对离心泵总效率的影响因素进行了详细的分析 ,认为离心泵总效率不但与水力效率 ,容积效率和机械效率有关 ,还与水泵液槽中的“反旋现象”有关 ,即离心泵总效率的计算公式应为 η=ηh·ηv·ηp·ηm .
The influencing factor of total efficiency of a centrifugal pump has been analyzed in details in this article, and it is considered that the influencing factor of total efficiency of a centrifugal pump is related not only to the hydraulic power efficiency,the capacity efficiency and the mechanical efficiency but also to the anti-rotary phenomenon of the pump liquid trough, that is to say the calculation formula of the total efficiency of a centrifugal pump should be expressed byη=η h·η v·η p·η m .
