This paper discusses the basic scheme on building Electronic Business system of the small and medium scale enterprises. It includes not only EC's strategic deployment,basic planning, but also many technological issues in the course of marketing on Internet,such as security,payment,delivery and so on. Finally this paper offers a section of source program of building EC's net workstation for a book store based on ASP and SQL Server 2000.
