摘要
机械制造业中 ,由于动力源的能量损耗、运动件的摩擦、材料的切削及外部环境等因素影响 ,均导致机床发热 ,使得机床产生热变形 .机床受热变形对其精度及被加工件误差都会带来很大的影响 .建立机床构件热变形后的数学模型能够给分析与消除热变形对工件加工的影响提供一定的方便 .
In mechanical manufacturing, the factors such as power energy loss,fiction of moving parts,material cutting and the external environment will make machine tools heated and deformed.The thermal deformation of machine tools will seriously affect the processing precision and the error of processed parts.Constructing mathematical models of thermo-deformed machine tool parts will benefit the analysis and elimination of the effect of thermal deformation on processed parts.
