摘要
论述了通过PLC控制技术与传统的设计方法结合 ,把PLC技术应用于铸机喷涂系统的控制 ,并具体介绍了实现PLC技术控制铸机喷涂系统的各个功能模块的组成、功能和元件的选取原则 ,从而为铸机喷涂系统机电一体化的发展提出了一个可行的方案 .
Through the combination of PLC control system with traditional design method, this paper aims to apply PLC technology to casting machine smearing system, and introducs the composition, function and component of every functional mould plate of casting machine smearing system under the control of PLC technology to offer a workable project to the development of mechanical and electrical integration of casting machine smearing system.
