摘要
在分析城镇土地增值原因的基础上 ,从理论上提出了城镇土地增值收益分配调节的计算模式 ,试图为建立和完善城镇土地增值收益的调节措施提供一些理论指导 .
Through an analysis on the cause of town land rise in value,the paper theoretically puts forward the calculation pattern to adjust the town land value-added profit distribution.Attempts will be made to offer some theoretical guide for establishment and pefection of the measures to adjust town land value-added profit.
