室温平衡顶空气相色谱法测定水中挥发性卤代烃影响因素的研究

Study on Determination of Volatility Halogenated Hydrocarbon in Water by Top Gas Chromatography at Indoor Temperature

对室温下用顶空气相色谱法测定水中挥发性卤代烃的影响因素进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,随着样品浓度的增高 ,平衡时间缩短 ;气液平衡瓶体积增大 ,平衡时间加长 ;同一瓶样品重复进样次数不得多于 2次 ;适宜的气液体积比为 1∶2。

The factors effecting determination of volatility halogenated hydrocarbon in water are studied at indoor temperature.It shows that balance time will become shorter,volume of gas-liguid balance bottle will become larger and the balance time will become longer with the raise of sample concentration.For the same balance bottle,the sampling time can't surpuss two times and suitable volume rate between gas and liquid is 1∶2.The method is simple and feasible.
