带血管的胫骨下段骨膜骨瓣移植

ANATOMIC STUDY AND CLINICAL APPLICATION TO THE SLIDING TRANSPLANTATION OF VESSEL-CARRING PERIOSTEAL OSTEO-VALVES ON LOWER SEGMENT OF TIBIA

吻合血管的骨或骨膜移植已广泛应用于临床,具有较大的优越性。但均需吻合血管,手术难度较大。我们设计了在不切断胫前动、静脉的前提下,切取胫骨下段带直接骨膜动、静脉支的骨膜骨瓣进行滑动移植,取得良好疗效。现报道如下。

On eight speciments of adult legs, the oridins, tracks and distributions of rami periosteal directus of arteriae and venae tibialis anteriores were studied. On the premise that the arteriae and venae tibialis anteriores had not been cut off, periosteal osteo-valves carrying rami periosteum directus of tibial vessels were cut out. After perfusion with carbon writing ink, they were all quickly stained, and their sliding distance was measured, their clinical application for sliding bone-transplantation in lower tibial fracture and ankle joint fusion was discussed.
