固体三元稳态ClO_2杀菌剂稳定性、腐蚀性及杀菌消毒特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 对固体三元稳态二氧化氯杀菌剂的稳定性、腐蚀性及杀菌消毒特性进行研究后发现 ,该杀菌剂ClO2 活化得率在 95 .5 %以上 ;活化酸度为pH =4 .84 ;于 (5 4± 1)℃放置 14d ,ClO2 含量的下降率为 3.1% ;用ClO2 质量浓度 80mg/L的消毒液作用 3~ 5min ,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为 10 0 % ;ClO2 质量浓度 4 0 0mg/L的消毒液作用 6 0min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为 10 0 % ;ClO2 质量浓度 30 0mg/L的消毒液作用 2 0min ,可以完全破坏悬液中HBsAg的抗原性 ;ClO2 质量浓度 80 0mg/L的消毒液对不锈钢基本无腐蚀 ,对铜片、碳钢、铝片均有中度腐蚀。 Trinary solid stable chlorine dioxide is a new type of powerful disinfectant which possesses the properties of high efficiency and speed,low acidity and less loss of ClO 2 in activating reaction. In order to learn more about the disinfectant,experiments have been carried out to study its stability, corrodibility,and disinfecting actions, etc . The results show that (1) the gain rate of ClO 2 is 96.5%,acidity of activating solution is pH=4.84,and the decreasing rate of ClO 2 is 3.1% followed by a storage for 14 days at (54±1) ℃; (2)its solution containing ClO 2 80 mg/L can kill 100% Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in 3~5 min,its solution containing ClO 2 400 mg/L can also kill 100% Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in 60 min,its solution containing ClO 2 300 mg/L can fully destroy antigenicity of HBsAg in a 20 min contact time;(3) a solution of the disinfectant at a concentration of 800 mg/L ClO 2 is essentially non corrosive to stainless steel and moderate corrosive to carbon steel,copper, and aluminum.
