摘要
为解决饭店厨房的油烟污染 ,运用离心分离、流体碰撞和亲水亲油等基本原理 ,借鉴现有油烟净化器的成功经验 ,制定了高效油烟净化器的研制原则 ,利用风机对油烟进行一级处理 ,将机械分离和过滤进行有机的结合 ,研制出复合式高效油烟净化器。
In order to eliminate cookery black in restaurants,based on the principles of centrifugation,liquid collision,oleophilic and hydrophilic features,used the experience of existing cookery black purifiers, the high efficient cookery black purifiers have been manufactured,combining centrifugalization and filtering,implementing the first level cookery black treatment.
