带血管蒂骰骨瓣转移治疗距骨颈骨折

Transposition of Cuboid Bone Flap Pedicled with Lateral Tarsal Artery for Treating Fracture of Talus Neck or Dislocation of Talus Body

目的 探讨距骨颈骨折或合并距骨体脱位的治疗方法。方法 对 12例距骨颈骨折或合并距骨体脱位的病人行切开复位内固定 ,带跗外侧动脉骰骨瓣转移植骨术治疗。随访观察疗效。结果 全部病例随访 2年以上 ,未见骨不连 ,2年后骨坏死完全修复 ,效果满意。结论 本术式操作简单 ,能有效预防骨不连 ,预防并修复骨坏死 。

Objective To investigate into the treatment method of fracture of tulus neck or dislocation of talus body.Methods Twelve patients with fracture of talus neck or dislocation of talus body were treated by open reduction,internal fixation and transposition of cuboid bone flap pedicled with laternal tarsal artery.The effect of the operation was reviewed.Results Twelve cases were followed-up for a period of 2～4 years and revealed satisfactory results in all.No postoperative non-union of the talus were seen on radiographies,the necrosis of the talus body restored in all after operation 2 years.Conclusion This simple operation can prevent effectively non-union of fracture and promote the repairment of necrosis talus.It is a better and reliable choice for treatment of fracture of talus neck or dislocation of talus body.
