非甾体类抗炎药在肿瘤研究中的进展 被引量:9

摘要 非甾体类抗炎药 (NSAID)是临床常用的抗炎镇痛药 ,近年来研究发现它有抗肿瘤作用。流行病学和临床研究发现它能降低肿瘤的发病率 ,动物研究显示它对肿瘤有抑制作用。作用机制涉及抑制环氧合酶 (COX) 2活性 ,抑制磷酸戊糖途径增加活性氧量 ,增加半胱天冬酶 (caspase) 3活性 ,影响细胞周期 ,诱导细胞凋亡 ,还抑制核因子κB(NF κB)而增加化疗药的药效。因此 。
