摘要
研究了氯化钠 -硫氰酸铵 -氯化十六烷基吡啶 -水液 -固体系浮选分离铜 ( )的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明 ,在一定条件下 ,控制 p H5 .0 ,Cu( )可被此体系浮选 ,而 Cd( )、Co( )、Ni( )、Mn( )、Fe( )、Al( )不被浮选 ,从而实现了 Cu( )与这些常见离子之间的定量分离。对合成水样进行了定量浮选分离测定 。
Liquid solid flotation separation behavior of Cu(Ⅱ) with other metal ions in the presence of sodium chloride ammonium thiocyanate cetylpyridine chloride system was studied.The results showed that Cu(Ⅱ) can be separated completely from Cd(Ⅱ)?Co(Ⅱ)?Ni(Ⅱ)?Mn(Ⅱ)?Fe(Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ)by flotation separation at pH 5.0 . The method has been used for the flotation separation of Cu(Ⅱ) in synthetic water sample and the result was satisfactory.
