摘要
对甲醇、异丙醇混合溶剂中的TS 1催化丙烯环氧化过程进行了实验研究。通过单因素实验和正交实验 ,系统考察了溶剂组成 (甲醇质量 异丙醇质量 ) ,反应温度 ,H2 O2 浓度和TS 1催化剂浓度四个因素对反应的影响 ,得到了反应的最佳工艺条件。在此条件下反应 30min ,H2 O2 转化率为 94 1% ,环氧丙烷选择性为 95 3% ,环氧丙烷收率为 89 7%。
The process of epoxidation of propylene with H 2O 2 catalyzed by TS 1 in methanol isopropanol solvent was studied By orthogonal experiment, the effects of temperature, H 2O 2 concentration, TS 1 concentration and solvent composition on the epoxidation in methanol and isopropanol solvent were investigated The sequence of the effect of the above factors is: H 2O 2 concentration>TS 1 concentration>temperature>solvent composition Based on the experiments, the optimum reaction conditions of propylene expoxidation in component solvent were decided finally The optimum conditions are: the H 2O 2 concentration is 3W%, TS 1 concentration is 1 6W%, the temperature is 40?℃, the ratio of methanol and isopropanol is 1∶3 At this condition,propylene expoxidation is obtained in 95 3 percent selectivity at 94 1 percent H 2O 2 conversion within 30?minutes
