摘要
合成了 β 环糊精 ( β CD)的组氨酸 (His)一取代和二取代衍生物 ( β CD His,β CD His2 )并对其结构进行了表征 ,用该衍生物激活脱氧核糖核酸酶催化水解脱氧核糖核酸 ,并与脱氧核糖核酸酶催化水解脱氧核糖核酸进行比较 ,结果表明 ,一种 β 环糊精 组氨酸衍生物能激活脱氧核糖核酸酶水解脱氧核糖核酸 ,且这种激活作用不只是β 环糊精 组氨酸衍生物水解DNA的能力与脱氧核糖核酸酶水解DNA的能力的叠加 ,具有正协同效应的特征。
Two substitution derivates of β cyclodextrin,β His1 and β His2 were dynthesized and characterized succesively by simulating deoxyribonuclease to catalyze hydrolytic reactions of deoxyribonucleic acid,their acitivities in hydrolysis of deoxyribonucleic acid being compared with DNase Ⅰ.The result demonstrates that they are capable of hydrolyzing DNA.The activety of one of the two substituting derivatives is higher than deoxyribonuclase,the activity of the other,however,is very prominent,this activation behavior having some chacteristics like that of positive synergistic effect.
