研究了气相色谱测定虫霉菌液体中脂肪酸的分析方法。样品经石油醚 苯混合溶剂提取 ,用KOH CH3 OH溶液进行甲酯化 ,用GC FTD 10 %DEGS为分离柱 ,测定脂肪酸的组成。共鉴定出C16∶0 软脂酸 ,C18∶1油酸 ,C18∶2

A method of the determination of fatty acids in enotomophthoralean fungi liquid is reported. The sample is extracted with a mixed solvent of petroleum ether and benzene, and then esterified with KOH-CH 3OH. The esterified sample is determined by GC-FID, using 10%DEGS column. Eight fatty acids including palmic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and etc identified as the main components.
